Order processing time

All orders placed on demoorstore.com are shipped from Denver, Colorado, USA. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. Please allow for 1 to 2 business days for order processing. Please note, as a small business, we may not be able to process orders on weekends and holidays.

Shipping options

Standard USPS shipping typically takes 2-7 business days after leaving our warehouse and shipping anywhere in the United States. 

We ship all orders that are confirmed before 1PM (ET) on the following business day. In times of high traffic during sales or holiday periods, we can experience delays as we process a higher volume of orders.

We ship through both the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS, depending on which you choose at checkout. Expedited shipping through UPS and DHL is available at checkout for customers who need their DeMoor gear faster.

Flat rate international shipping rates are as follow: $12 if package is under 21.9 oz., $15 for 22-30 oz., and $18 for packages that weigh more than 30 oz.

Our premium shipping options cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please enter a valid street address when opting for premium shipping.

Customs and Duty Fees

DeMoor Global is a United States company. All orders placed on demoorstore.com are shipped from our distribution center in Denver, CO, USA. Any international orders outside of the United States are subject to import duties and taxes, as determined by your country. We are not responsible for any additional charges that might occur as a result of duty. The shipping charges incurred at check-out do not include duty, import or vat taxes. For orders shipped within the United States, there are no associated importation or customs fees. Please check with your local customs bureau to avoid any unexpected fees upon the arrival of your order.

Tracking my order

To track your order, use the USPS tracking label or UPS tracking number that you received in your email confirming the shipment of your order. Or, if you’ve created a personal account on demoorstore.com, you can log in to your account page and go to Order Status to access the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving your shipment notification for the package tracking to update.

International customers: there can sometimes be issues in clearing customs in certain countries that can delay the shipment or even cause it to be sent back to our warehouse before it's ever delivered.

If something seems incorrect with your tracking or your package is taking longer than it should to arrive, send us an email to info@demoorstore.com with your order number and we will figure out where your package is and how to get it to you ASAP.

Misplaced package

There could be a few reasons for this. USPS can incorrectly scan a package at a distribution center, but it’s actually still in transit. The package might have been delivered to your neighbor, and he or she will let you know the next day. And, of course, your package could have been lifted by a passerby in need of some slick running gear. Since it’s hard to tell what might have occurred, please wait a few days before emailing us. But if you still cannot locate your DeMoor order after four business days let us know by emailing info@demoorstore.com. 

While theft is pretty rare, we know this is a possibility. More often than not, if we send you an email saying the package arrived but it’s nowhere in sight, the package was just incorrectly scanned or delivered to your neighbor. If you still cannot locate your package after waiting four days, email us at info@demoorglobalrunning.com and we’ll get you all sorted out.

Global shipping?

Yes, we ship to every country. Here’s where it might get tricky when shipping to all countries and how you can do a little leg work to ensure delivery to your corner of the world — check with your local post that you (and your country) are able to receive and process packages from the United States Postal Service and through the International Postal Service. We have customers all over the world who order DeMoor gear and happily receive their gear, but there are complications sometimes and it’s always good to check with your local post office before placing an order. At times, this process could take 4-10 weeks depending on how quickly your postal service accepts packages from the United States Postal Service, UPS, or DHL. Flat rate international shipping rates are as follow: $12 if package is under 21.9 oz., $15 for 22-30 oz., and $18 for packages that weigh more than 30 oz.

All duties, customs, or any fees applied to international orders are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure there won’t be issues in delivery, like clearing customs, it’s best to check if your postal service quickly accepts packages from the United States Postal Service.
